Nature of Handmade Products
We make the products by hand. As a result of the handmade process, each item that we make it ´s unique and different from the rest. we use some of the same patterns, prototypes, and templates for multiple items, but they may not be identical to each other.
We work hard to describe the products as specific as possible; however, please note the actual colors you see may differ depending on the monitor or screen you are using. We cannot guarantee that you will see the colors of the items displayed accurately. Additionally, the color of the fabrics may vary between batches.
We use a different kind of materials and fabrics to create our products. We don't commit to being 100% cotton fabric. However, we always are committed to using quality materials for all or our products.
All of our products measurements are listed as accurately as possible; however, they are approximate.
In the case that we have published any information on the site incorrectly, such as an item description or pricing, We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel an order.
Items are ship within 2 business day of order; however, some orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
The risk of shipments being lost, damaged, or stolen becomes the responsibility of the buyer once they leave my hands and enter shipment through the courier company.
Express shipping is available for an extra charge.
We ship to different countries, please be aware that customs and duties charges may be charged upon arrival, this fees are determined by each country and are NOT included in your shipping cost. BabyTickles is not responsible for these fees.
Please select your products carefully. Unfortunately, at this time, We don't offer refunds If you change your mind. We can only do it if the product is damaged or defective. So If you have any question about our lovely product, feel free to contact us before buying de products, we will be happy to answer them.
Is your product damage or defective?
We are a company looking to satisfy our customers that's why we work daily to offer the best unique and quality products, prior to shipping we carefully check your items but in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us requesting the return, exchange or refund and attaching the order number, maximum 72 hours after receiving the product. Your replacement item or refund will be processed within 7 days.
After you contact us, we´ll notify you by email the exchange or refund of the product. From that moment on, you should return the package to us ( You have 5 business days).
The product has to be in their original packaging, in the same condition in which it was shipped; in other words must be unused. Buyer is responsible for any alteration on the item condition.
Products that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
Exchange in case of damage or defective
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
The shipping costs generated due to the return of the product must be pay by the customer.
Refund in case of damage or defective
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your full refund of the purchase price will be processed, excluding shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs or credit card fees are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded if damaged or defective, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Purchase cancellations can be requested within the first 24 hours of the purchase.
